Peter
and Jami Hyde formed one of the area's most unique real estate
teams. As one of the few husband-and-wife teams and already among
the most successful, they are deliberately emphasizing the human
components of their work.
“I think the biggest thing
that we do differently in our business is that we really develop
a relationship with our clients,” Peter explains. “Our
clients really become our friends, if they aren’t already.”
While such claims are often marketing
hyperbole, Peter and Jami back it up with facts: more than 95%
of their business comes from referrals and past clients. In plain
English, people who have done business with them always return-
sometimes 3 and 4 times!
“We focus on serving customers
for life,” Peter confidently declares. “Buying a house
is the biggest transaction in most people’s lives. We work
with them in a variety of different fashions. We are versed in
finance law, negotiation, but on the opposite end and equally
important, we are versed in interior design and family dynamics.
We wear so many hats that we become so close we almost become
family.”
Jami brings well-honed business
and personal skills that ensure the team’s knowledge is
applied to the benefit of their customers. “In real estate
today, you need to be thorough and comprehensive,” she explains.
“In the old days, you’d get 10 calls a day from real
estate signs. That’s gone now. Now, about 87% of buyers
use the internet- so you need to take care of their ever-changing
needs and do it right!” |
